All Students in Delaware and Maryland deserve the opportunity to access a better school experience!
All that is necessary for students in the Diocese of Wilmington to have access to these funds is for Governor Meyer of Delaware and Governor Moore of Maryland to opt-in to the program on behalf of their states prior to December 31, 2026.
