The Office of Communications for the Diocese of Wilmington is responsible for all internal and external communications. That is, communications of the Diocese to the general public via the media, and communications within Diocesan departments, parishes, etc. The Office of Communications is also responsible for the administration of the Diocese of Wilmington’s Web site (www.cdow.org).
The Dialog, the official newspaper of the Diocese of Wilmington, is included in the Office of Communications.
The Office of Public Relations and Media produces a weekly radio program/podcast. Catholic Forum is a half-hour program heard each Saturday at 1:30 p.m. on Relevant Radio 640 and is a podcast on Apple, Spotify, iHeartRadio, and Amazon Music as well as on the Diocesan YouTube channel – www.YouTube.com/DioceseofWilm.
As a service to persons who may be ill or homebound, the Office of Communications live-streams the 9:30 Sunday morning Mass from the Cathedral of St. Peter in Wilmington and other important Masses and events where possible.
The Office of Communications also serves as the official media/press contact of the Diocese of Wilmington. Members of the media are invited to contact the office with any questions or inquiries.
