St. Anthony of Padua Parish is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Business Office Coordinator who will support the day-to-day onsite administrative and business office functions of the parish and grade school.
This position serves as an important liaison between the Parish’s internal team and the outsourced accounting partner. The ideal candidate will help manage incoming paperwork, deposits, donation records, invoices, and routine office coordination while ensuring timely communication and hand off of information to offsite accounting and finance partners.
The schedule for this part-time position is approximately 20 – 24 hours, three days per week.

St. John the Beloved Parish is seeking an Athletic Director who will be responsible for the leadership, supervision, and administration of the school’s interscholastic athletic programs in alignment with the mission of Catholic education and the policies of the Diocese of Wilmington. Athletes include both Saint John the Beloved school students and parishioners in the religious education program of Saint John the Beloved and Saint Catherine of Siena Parishes. The Athletic Director reports to the principal and works collaboratively with the President of the Athletic Association.
