Spiritual Direction Resources

 Spiritual Direction is an ongoing relationship between two adults, one of whom is trained and certified to assist the other in discerning God's presence and activity within the other's life.  Some of the options available to assist young adults in connecting with a qualified Spiritual Director:

  •   Sister Ruthann O'Mara, SSJ, an experiened Spiritual Director, is available to assist young adults in finding a Spiritual Director who would be compatible to one's needs.  To e-mail Sr. Ruthann, please click here.
